How do I use Ever & Ember soap?
Just get your soap bar wet and work up a nice, creamy lather between your hands or a washcloth. Gently massage it all over your body, rinse off, and enjoy that fresh, clean feeling. Voilà! You’re good to go!

Are your products tested on animals?

No way! Our products are never tested on animals. We like to keep things cruelty-free, so we test them on ourselves, our friends, and family—because they love being our guinea pigs (in the nicest way possible).

Are Ever & Ember products vegan?
Not quite. Most of our soaps contain skin-loving goat milk—it’s what gives our bars that creamy, nourishing touch.

Are Ever & Ember products vegetarian?

Yes! All of our products are vegetarian-friendly.

Are Ever & Ember products gluten-free?

Most of them are, unless they include oatmeal. Always check the label if you’re gluten-sensitive!

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Sorry, one at a time! Promo codes don’t stack—but make sure to sign up for our newsletter so you’re always in the loop for new deals.

Why does it say “promo code is invalid”?
Double-check the code details—maybe it’s expired, already used, or doesn’t meet the promo requirements.

Why isn’t my promo code working?
First, make sure you’re entering it correctly (we know typos happen). Also, keep in mind that subscriptions don’t qualify for promo codes—those already come with a sweet discount!

What are the shipping costs?
Spend $60 or more, and shipping is on us!*

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada and Mexico with extra shipping costs.

How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info. Expect it to arrive within 7-10 business days.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes?
Absolutely! We ship to APO/FPO addresses via SmartPost and P.O. Boxes too. Shipping only happens Monday through Friday—because even soap needs a weekend break.
