Just reach out within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll do our best to set things straight—whether it’s a refund or a replacement. (Sorry, we don’t cover return shipping labels at this time.) We might ask for a picture or two, or even have you send the product back so we can learn from it. Your feedback helps us make our soaps even better—and we really appreciate it!
